1Leadership
- Who is a leader?

This workshop introduces the girls to a leadership model which supports:
- Developing creative competence to have a positive impact
- Increasing self confidence by identifying a way to get started
- Improving communication skills to work well with others
2Creativity
- What does it mean to ‘be creative’?
- Creating together.
- How to start a project.
- When it doesn’t go as expected.
This workshop encourages girls to see creativity as an interesting and useful skill.
Specifically we look at:
- What is creativity?
- What is the creative process?
- How can I develop my creativity to have a positive impact?
3Action
- Non verbal communication
- 4 communication styles
- Expand your own comfort zone
- Using creativity to act
In this third and final workshop of the program the girls identify how they can take the initiative and make a difference in their world.
Specifically the girls will be introduced to two key concepts: assertive communication and goal setting.
