Cristina co-founded the Creative Leadership Foundation and in that capacity is responsible for new program development.
She has spent her career supporting the development of professional talent both as an internal and external consultant and has worked on many different initiatives including high potential talent development programs; management development programs and career mapping. She is passionate about delivering learning experiences that are interactive, practical and inspirational.
Currently Cristina lives in Milan, Italy but she has lived and worked in many locations around the world: New York, San Francisco, Singapore, Istanbul, Lugano, (Switzerland) and Madrid. She speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
She has an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Barnard College, Columbia University.
Irene co-founded the Creative Leadership Foundation and in that capacity is responsible for the marketing and promotional activities.
As a branding and retail consultant in the luxury sector, Irene has spent several years working and studying communication, marketing and branding. In the last few years she has developed a strong interest in creativity and leadership, topics she has also lectured on at Bocconi University School of Business.
Currently Irene lives in Milan, Italy but she has lived and worked in many locations around the world: Paris, Naples, Rome, Athens and New York. She speaks English, Italian, French and Greek.
She has a Master in Business Administration of Luxury goods from SDA Bocconi in Milan and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Communication form the American University of Paris.
